Dear apple supporters,
I’ve done an purchase in the app store yesterday by wrong and been billed for it even after canceling this purchase.
i would like to get your support in the issue because I don’t want and even don’t need this purchase.
I tried to do this step by report a problem via the receipt as you mentioned in your website but didn’t succeed.
your help and support is highly appreciated.
