Can´t report a problem with a purchase
7 days ago I downloaded a free demo of an app. When I realised a payment of 60 dollars was charged I tried to report it from https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ but I always receive the messagge "We are unable to process your request at this time. Try again later".... I´ve been trying everyday for 7 days.
I have never purchased this product and have no way to cancel it....
