I have unauthorized purchases on my account of almost $1000 that I did not make. I have changed my password and canceled the card that was used. My two form is on and I didn’t turn it on and cannot turn it off. Is there a way to change this so I can update the code and how do I report this to apple. I am deployed overseas and cannot call apple so any help would be great

If 'two form is on' means Two-Factor Authentication then it can't be turned off if it was enabled more than two weeks ago, and if it was enabled less than two weeks ago you can only turn it off via the enrolment email.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
