Apple TV 4k is switching on TV (Samsung, 8th series) spontaneusly - any time during the day or the night, after it was switched off, no matter - sleep mode on Apple TV or switch off Samsung TV . CEC is anabled, as well.
The advice which I've already got (Get the most out of your TV) is not useful.
Help please what to do.
It wouldn't be restricted to airplay. If it is picking up on any network activity that can trigger it to turn on.
If it's connected to wifi you can try ethernet.
To see a current status of the network get a report from istumbler, netstumbler or similar. Look for signal strength, noise, nearby networks.
Test on another network
The other cause could be CEC, you could check if there are any updates for the TV. Ultimately, that is something the manufacturer would have to fix.
It may be picking up network activity on which it thinks it needs to respond. Could it be AirPlay? Do you have AirPlay restricted or unrestricted? Can anyone send to your Apple TV, even if not on the same network, even your neighbors accidentally?
It is not a bug being caused by the product, and is not occurring for the vast majority of users. For those that are experiencing it the leading causes are from one's network and by CEC. I have dealt with such reports from other users, and done investigation into it myself. The issue has been rectified by users doing proper troubleshooting, and in the case of users with LG TV's there has been an issue identified in which they need to change settings on their TV in order to rectify.
That is why I contested the above because it is very misleading and will delay proper investigation from taking place.
First and foremost you need to troubleshoot your network, and if that is properly verified then you need to look into a possible issue with CEC.
To save a few bucks, hunt down a loose remote laying around somewhere, or try another power cord and/or power outlet.
Of this is not about network connectivity, I’d say it’s the power adapter or the remote, being jiggled or tapped, respectively. Such items would occur on a timely basis, as there might be something moving it constantly or randomly, like a fan or a pet, respectively.

A: yes - anyone; but I am almost sure "neighbors accidentally" can't - I am living in the "stand-alone" house - no one can connect to my WiFi; there is also firewall.

There’s always other possibilities.
You may have been expanding on that but you were directing a comment to the OP, so it's best to reply to the OP to avoid confusion.
That possibility is extremely rare, and if it were the case it would also cause issues during operation. It is best to look into the network and CEC as that is what is usually going to cause the issue.
After my experiences with random turning-on, my opinion is similar to TheLittles.
I think that the bug is caused or by noise in powering net (power adapter inside AppleTV), or caused by remote controller.
It is difficult to find the source, 'cause AppleTV switches-on seldom (once during one or two days).
In any case - network, power adapter or remote controller - it is product's problem and should be solved by Apple.
