Hello! Not sure if you can point me in the right direction of who to contact but I purchased a 30$ App Store and Itunes card however when redeemed I only received $24.70. The package wasn’t open. Just a little confused how this could happen? I have purchased a number of these gift cards and never had a problem. Now I just feel ripped off 🤦🏽‍♀️ and annoyed!!! Any suggestions on who I can contact?

You've tried logging out and back into the account to see if the balance updates ? And checked the account's purchase history e.g. did you owe iTunes money or have subscriptions/pre-orders due ?
