I accidentally deleted photos from my iPhone when deactivating iCloud Photo Library

Hi guys,

I recently started backing up my iPhone photos in iCloud, but decided to turn it off a few weeks later. When switching off iCloud Photo Library, I accidentally chose not to keep the photos on my iPhone, but my iCloud storage was full so I ended up losing around 1600 pictures. Is there any way to recover them?
