itunesconnect login issues

Hey all - I just created a new iTunes connect account with a client for their new podcast. However, when i try to login to itunesconnect.apple.com, it redirects me to the same login page, and will not allow me to log in. What we have tried:

- Numerous login attempts
- Password Changes
- URL changes for the podcast login
- Logging into mobile devices and retesting

All attempts fail. Am I missing something or is itunesconnect.apple.com down at the moment with no announcement to the public?

You don't want iTunes Connect for podcasting - it's for people who want to offer paid content. The place to start is https://podcastsconnect.apple.com . Before that, make sure you are logged in in the iTunes Store, and that you have a payment method entered (even though podcasting is free).

In theory this should enable you to go to Podcasts Connect. If you are asked to sign in again, do so and if necessary accept any Terms and Conditions.

Some people have fallen over a bug whereby they land up in the iTunes Connect page (you get taken there first but you should be redirected so quicly you don't even notice, however sometimes that doesn't work. If you are unable to get into Podcasts Connect you should report it to Support at https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts
