I'm trying to sign into my icloud on my Macbook with two-factor authentication, but when it pops up that I have two-factor authentication, there is no screen to enter the code? Has anyone encountered this?

I assume you have an older Macbook which doesn't handle 2FA. Get the code from your trusted device and enter it immediately after the password.
