I have a Series 1 Apple Watch and recently my dial has been sticky and hard to turn. I have read that you can clean it by turning off the watch and running it under warm water for 20 seconds while turning and pushing the dial. I do not know if I can do this since the Series 1 watch is not waterproof. Please help!

Try wetting and old tooth brush with warm water and brushing the crown gently (hold the watch tan angel to prevent any water entering the area around the crown).
