Strange pixels on new tabs?

I have had issues with glitches on my display since I bought my MacBook, Flashing colours and shutdowns aren't uncommon. (It has been to team knowhow who didn't find anything wrong. There are no viruses or anything odd at all.) As of recently when I switch tabs in safari (around 80% of the time-) I get a dozen large pixels come up and obscure and flicker around the screen for a few seconds. They usually don't last long.

I've been through my settings, cleaned my computer and checked for any viruses (However hard it may be to get one.) There is -nothing- out of place. I've had display issues from the first time I turned my MacBook on- But never anything like this.

Any advice?

If you have not tried this already, try it

   Startup in Safe Mode.

       Launch Safari to test.

Restart normally by clicking the “Restart” button at the bottom.

       Start up in Safe Mode.

   Disable all extensions and test.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

Update!

My screen has now started randomly turning off mid use- No reason. full charge. No buttons being messed with and not enough time to idle. It's doing this every few minutes and locking. Mid way through It will go black and I need to put my password in.

I've been having screen issues but my team know how didn't fix anything. It's just as broken as it's always been.

It's barely usable at this point, I need some advice.
