Damaged pixels??

Hi,

First, sorry for the horrible picture, I tried the best I could. Anyways, I just noticed that near the bottom right of my laptop screen, it has these weird bright pixel dots and line. It's only noticeable when the background tab is dark or black, not when it's white. I've tried restarting my laptop and letting it rest, but nothing changed. Are these damaged pixels?? If they are damaged pixel, can Apple fix it? Or am I going to have to get a new laptop. I've only had this macbook pro for like 7 months.

Any help is much appreciated!
