Line of dead pixels at the bottom of MBP 13"

I have my Macbook Pro 13 inch 2017 model for 1 and a half years now. And after a year, it started behaving unusually. Now, i am a film student and hence i do a lot of media intensive work on my laptop. So after a year, few lines of dead pixels started to come onto the lower part of the laptop (right above to "macbook pro" logo), from edge to edge. So i went to apple service centre and they fixed it for free despite of my warranty had ended, saying this case was an exception. Cool.

Today, after approximately 7 months of normal usage, these lines of dead pixels started appearing again on the bottom most part of my screen, from side to side.

I just can't figure out what it is and i can't stand this anymore, anyone knows what might be a problem ?
