MZ Finance

It seems this MZ Finance App that appears due to the use of App Store or iTunes has been around for 5 years or more. From looking into this Communities area and trying to get info from Apple Support, I am none the wiser and the Apps, 3 of them, remain on my iMac regardless of OS updates (10.14.3). What is it there for? Why can't I remove it? Why hasn't Apple been open and helpful to get this resolved?

After clicking app in Launchpad - Dialogue box: MZFinance.DownloadProductParseError_message

Retry button loops... panel option clears it on second try.
