Restrictions
My restrictions button and or icon has completely disappeared and restrictions are on I can’t change or remember even adding them even after the software update???? Wth plz help

In iOS 12, the restriction you've set in older iOS version
Settings > General > Restrictions > can be found in a new location below:
Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > here
The same is true, if you do not remember the passcode/password, you have to restore device as new using computer iTunes.
You cannot use the backup, if you do you're back to square one.
