Turbo tax .tax document won’t open on Mac and in cloud

I have a MacBook Pro, and have used TurboTax to do my taxes for years. For some reason, the usual TurboTax icons with dates are not on my desktop anymore. I found documents, .tax form, saved, but they won’t open. Some say they are stored on iCloud, but I have not been successfully opening them there either. I have spent over 2 hours on phone with TurboTax with no success from 2 representatives and a supervisor. When I sign in my intuit account, it says I haven’t filed 2017, 2016, etc taxes, so I can’t find them even though I definitely did, and TurboTax agreed I did. At first they said I needed to upgrade to TurboTax Plus, but they were unable to do that, and another supervisor said I didn’t need to do this. Help! If I get audited, I’m screwed. For some reason, last year when I printed out return, it did not print entire file.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeanie Michalove
