iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013) Unable to import 2021 taxes on HR Block to 2022. I can find the file but it is not highlighted to allow me to open it. I checked the settings by "about" and they seemed correct. I do believe I had this issue once before a few years back.

Problems downloading files after Ventura 3.0 and up to current update. I had no trouble downloading files from my machine embroidery company's subscription files when I was using my MacBook Pro prior to Ventura version 3. After subsequent updates to Ventura including the 13.4 update that I did yesterday, I now cannot download the company's subscription design files. I searched around and found that my subscription downloads are handled by an external company--a Shopify app ("delivery.shopify.apps.com), rather than being downloaded directly from the company site. I can download files directly coming from the company site. I called the company and they acknowledged that there could be a problem when using a MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.3 and up vs. an iPad. They offered no helpful solution other than to tell me to use my iPad for downloading. Has anyone had this problem since updating to Ventura 13.3 to current updates? Everything was fine until version 13.3. Very frustrating. The problem correlates with the Ventura updates, so by process of elimination it is probably the updates. Things I have tried: clearing cache & rebooting, downloading by iPad (yes, it works), using Chrome instead of Safari, and other things. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Turbo Tax 2022 issues with import function and saving file on the computer My system is a MacBook Pro with Monterey 12.6.3. I downloaded TT Home and Business from Amazon. I successfully downloaded the software and imported my information from last year's return on my computer. I began working through the return and got to the section to import information from my broker. Selected Charles Schwab and an Intuit dialog box popped up asking for my Intuit password. (Normally it should ask for the Schwab user name and password). My Intuit password did not work. Logged into Intuit. My password worked. I tried to save my partially completed TT return on my computer and once again a dialog box popped up requesting my Intuit password for saving my file on my computer. I cannot save my work. I was on the phone with one TT Helpdesk person who said "Yeah I had another customer with the same issue two days ago. Unfortunately we couldn't get it to work." I called into TT and got another woman who went to the mat with me for over three hours. Unfortunately, we couldn't get it to work. She refunded my Amazon purchase. Interestingly, we noted that importing other broker statements appeared to work. The TT software requests the user name and password for the other broker accounts such as T Rowe Price or Vanguard. Still, I cannot save my file on my MacBook Pro. I have successfully updated and changed my Inuit password three times. Anyone come across these issues and have a suggested solution? Best regards

Problem solved, I need to go to the top left under "file" menu and go from there.

PS I tried to find my old questions (7) going back a few years by unable to find them. Did the menu change?
