my beats wireless solo 3 glossy black headset not earbuds

OK so my beats stopped working one day and they will not charge it has been a year and i tried to plug it in and it showed one red light in the fuel gauge bar and then a white lite it flashed twice now i know you guys are going to tell me to reset them that is the think i can not reset then i have tries everything on the internet and nothing works i ether think one of the wires inside connecting to the power button or the charging port is not working but when i plug it in is acts as if it is charging but i have left it plugged in for a week now and it is still flashing at one bar please help me i am loosing my mind trying to figure this out.
