Pulsing Camera App Problem in iOS 12 iPhone XS

Frequently, but irregularly, when I open the Photo app on my iPhone XS (iOS 12), it will pulse -- flicker on and off the display. Often, just switching to another part of the app (ie: Video) and back will fix it. Sometimes not.

It's extremely annoying and I wonder if anyone else is encountering this or if my phone may be defective.

Camera issues Hello everyone, I have an iPhone 13 pro max, tonight I noticed this problem using the camera with third-party applications, such as Instagram, Facebook, whatsapp etc. discarding a photo with little zoom on the right and left sides or sometimes only right, vertical stripes appear, only in low light conditions. But the problem doesn’t arise with the native “camera” application happening to someone? I attach photos. Someone help me. Thank you.

I you haven't already performed a restart, do it now. Then see this:

Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If no help, have your phone checked: Find Locations
