For the Facebook Messenger app, I enabled the "Deliver Quietly" option, then deleted the notification. Because the notifications no longer deliver to my Apple Watch, I do not have the option to "Deliver Prominently".
How do I solve this issue?

You may need to wait until another notification comes to the Watch's notification center.
I can’t get another notification from that app because it doesn’t deliver notifications to the Apple Watch because I enabled “deliver quietly”.
They're still delivered. They are in the Notification Center. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
I can’t select, “deliver prominently” because the notifications from that app have been deleted.
