limit on downloads over cellular data

Please I’ve been trying to download Fb app for some time now but I always get this pop up message that file size more than 150MB, might not download unless connected to WIFI... Please the problem for some of us is that, in our part of the world (Ghana) is difficult to get access to WiFi so most downloads (doesn’t really matter how big the size is ) are done over cellular data here... So setting limits on size of apps that can be downloaded over cellular data isn’t helping some of us here because we are ready and willing to use our cellular data for such purposes. So until I get access to WiFi (maybe from a neighboring phone) I can’t use the Facebook App, which is kinda strange. I don’t know if there is a work around this limitation.. Any help will be gracefully appreciated
