How to check iCloud photos on internet

On a computer you can see the your iCloud photos in a web browser, if you go to www.icloud.com and launch the Photos.app there.

www.icloud.com is to be used from a computer, not from an iPad or iPhone. The iOS version is different from the desktop version.  The iOS devices iPhone or iPad will not open www.icloud.com directly. On the iPhone or iPad you will have to click the circular arrow in the URL field and click "Request Desktop Site" to be able to use the Photos.app at iCloud.com from your mobile device.

The Apple ID and a password created by Mac user is confined and secured and the photos stored in www.icloud.com

can't be viewed publically on the internet .

You can only view your photos by entering the Apple ID and password ( using a web browser ) created at the link www.icloud.com

And click on section photos and view the pictures that were saved .
