Activation lock

Hello sir.

My iphone 7plus activation lock is not open . Due to i am second owner and i couldn't know the activation lock id.

So kindly help me

There is no way to bypass iCloud Activation Lock, you'll have to contact the original owner and have them remove the device from their account.
