MacBook Pro Fan

I use my 2017 MacBook Pro (the one with the Touch Bar) everyday and when I play Sims 4 the fan gets really really loud but it doesn't get that hot. Like ill play for 20 minutes and it'll get so loud that I just shut down the game because im worried my its gonna like blow up or something. I used to play on a 2013 MacBook Air and the fan would make noise but never get this loud. Should I be worried? What can I do to stop it ?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.13

Sounds like the Mac is working to keep the machine cool and working as expected, yes the fans can get loud, this is far better than the machine overheating and shutting itself down.

You can always try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

for thermal management, no harm there and see if you witness any improvement.
