Weather not showing the temperature just two dashes

It could be a problem with incoming data. Check whether this happens only with one location, or all cities. Also look to see if your iPhone weather app shows the same issues.

If the iPhone looks ok, try removing the weather complications from the watch face, then add them back again. You could also try weather complications in one of the other faces (not Infograph) because we have seen problems reported with first versions of Infograph. Most known problems were fixed in recent updates so check your watch software version (should be 5.1.3) and update if necessary.

Make sure location settings are on. When you press it what does it Say? Also reset the Watch. Press the crown and side button in until the Apple logo appears.

So I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now I can’t add a city to it, but the default city’s work

The watch gets its list of cities from your iPhone's Weather app. Add them on the iPhone and they should appear automagically on the watch.

Ok I would delete the app and reinstall it and see if that works as that’s where the Watch gets the information from.

So just check your weather app does not work? I would make sure you Watch is running up software 5.1.3. Also try unpair your Watch. Make sure your iPhone is running 12.1.4

Ok I would book an appointment with the Apple Store. A quick call to Apple support might sort it.
