Mail Attachment

It takes many minutes to attach the smallest document files to an email on my new Mac Book Pro. I've called Apple Care and they don't know.

Unable to email a pages doc in icon format???? I am having trouble emailing my pages documents in an icon format. I am right clicking and "saving as icon" yet my test emails to myself still show the body of my document? I searched online and spoke to an applecare advisor who told my mac version, Monterey 12.3.1 doesn't allow page doc's to be converted to icon formats for emailing. I have trouble believing this. Can anyone help? I have a business and it feels very unprofessional to send documents in a full body format. Many thanks!

Mail removes my attachment when I enter an email address Sometimes, when I compose an email and insert an attachment before I designate the email recipient, it removes my attachment when I enter the email address of the recipient. This makes me look very unprofessional when I have to send a second email with the attachment, as if I was a space cadet and forgot to attach it the first time. I am usually catch it before I hit Send, but sometimes I forget, especially when I am in a hurry. Any support for this? MacBook Pro 2020 13", M1, 2020 Monterey 12.3.1

download and run the program etreheck and post the result it will reveille the status of your computer
