Move alarm clocks from iPhone to iPhone via cloud

I have an iPhone apps setup on

My new iPhone and I want to move the alarm clocks from my iPhone 6 to the iPhone X how do I do that without using the cloud.

iPhone X, iOS 12

So I already did the move from Android to iOS. I have a secondary iPhone, and am trying to not go through the work of making all the alarm clocks from scratch. Is there a way for me to carry over the Clock app from my iPhone 6 to my iPhone X? I dont want to go through the hassle to have everything get reset or wiped.
