anyone not able to view the new grinch movie (in 4k) after purchase from itunes?

4k edition of the Grinch movie doesnt play on my apple tv4. all i get is a blurry screen that is frozen. audio is fine. extra features are fine. works on all other movies anywhere shared providers (vudu, fandangonow on roku, and movies anywhere) fine. disappointed as it was purchased directly off my apple tv. have tried everything to get it to work. Support will only refund my money....and that may take some time.
