I want to turn off the automatic time and date feature but it’s blacked. How do I fix the toggle?

This may seem very weird and absurd but is true.
Settings > Screen Time > Turn Off screen Time Passcode
Settings > General > Date & Time >
Hurray ! It is enabled !
