I guess my IPad Pro updated. I cannot view my Nordstrom app horizontally anymore. Why not? I didn’t change the settings in any way and I restarted the Ipad a couple of times already. I hate that I have to hold it vertically.

Check with Nordstrom. They may have taken out the ability to rotate the app.
I have some apps and games that will only work in either portrait or landscape but not both
Contact the app developer or there is a support link for the app on the page

Their webmaster would - s/he is the person who set up the website.
