but asking for key to install. eventhough it is from Apple store. The product is

discontinued and no updates how to go about it

Can't Find my order! I just bought a new 2020 MacBook Pro, I got the Order# and confirmation all right here. Yet, no charge has been made to my back account and when I type my # in the Order Search, it says "Does not match our records". Why is this? And do i need to make the purchase again and hope it doesn't double charge me?

I brought my Mac for problem activate Safari, Nikki is the one fixing the problem and told me there is no charge, the next day I went in store to get my Mac from Sean. Now I saw the invoice of $9.99 What is the cost of $9.99 No one explain that to me.

Assuming this is a Mac App Store purchase (you've posted in the iTunes Store forum, and apps from the iTunes App Store can't be installed on a computer) use the key you got when you originally bougth it, or contact the app's developer.
