I brought my Mac for problem activate Safari, Nikki is the one fixing the problem and told me there is no charge, the next day I went in store to get my Mac from Sean. Now I saw the invoice of $9.99

What is the cost of $9.99

No one explain that to me.

Below is the second email from them , Sadly this is my personal mac and I have used it few times (since I have my company's mac with me) I thought the whole repair was covered.
