Unable to install WhatsApp in iPad mini 4
i have iPad 4 mini (WiFi) and I’m not able to install WhatsApp on it, please advise

Do you get an error message? Are you connected to wi-fi? Do you know your password? Are you able to download other Apps?
Is you operating system up to date?
No, I didn’t get any errors as I didn’t find WhatsApp in the AppStore, also I'm able to download other apps and my ios is up to date

I would use the first one, which says Messenger for WhatsApp
