Hi my Apple Watch has this green snake for charging what do I do?

This image came up on my Apple watch series 3. After I read blogs and watched numerous youtube videos i thought i was DOOMED! BUT there is a fix:

1. Plug your USB Charging cord to a laptop
2. While charging do a hard reset (hold down both buttons at the same time for 15 secs)
3. Then leave your apple watch charging for at least 15-20 mins
4. Watch should then turn on and begin charging normally

Hope this works for you all, so far ive been told by a few people this helped their watch come back to life!

Try a reset by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
