Just updated operating system. Is this why my youtube won't play anymore? I did a hard restart. I set developer user to Safari 12.0.3 in the website and nothing is working. Ran Norton Utilites. nothing works.

Disable or uninstall extensions and test.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Ok, I checked extensions and there are none in my manage extensions box.
In the developer code it highlights that it has "lost network connection". I thought maybe it was my service but they play on my iPhone with my att.
Do I have a box clicked somewhere that shouldn't be? do you think it's in youtube settings somewhere?

Ok thanks. I tried admin user account change and it still doesn't solve it.
I tried safe mode yesterday, but I will try it again.
