Take my credit card off appstore

I cant take mt credit card off appstore it’s actually a visa gift card and i cant click none its only paypal i seen tutorials and the none option doesnt show

Payment method I can’t change my payment method from credit card to gift card. I’ve tried the suggested steps many times. It won’t let me out of the credit card page and I am not adding my new card. That is why I bought the gift card. Which I can not use now. Please help!
