Vibration isnot working on my new XS max

I just purchased my new Iphone XS max and the vibration is not working.

i troubleshooted all the settings options and i reset all the settings as well and it is not working.

also there is something wrong with the volume of sound while receiving calls it is high at the beginning and then decreases gradually.

I am using the latest IOS
