Will my contacts, apps, etc., stay when I swap my USA SIM card to one from another country?

I have an unlocked iPhone and am planning to go overseas. If I get a SIM card from the country I am visiting, will all my contacts and apps, etc., stay on my iPhone when I swap the SIM cards, or not?

Yes. The iPhone does not store any data on the SIM.
