It is a scam, likely a phishing attempt. Trojans and viruses are two different forms of malware, anyone who knows enough to reliably detect such malware will know the difference. Given that the message seems to categorize them together is a sign that the message is fake. Delete it and pay it no mind. It looks like a website advertisement that uses javascript in order to create the type of popup that appears in your screenshot.
It is a scam. Don't interact with it in any fashion. Delete it.
