My bluetooth earphones are low in volume even if i put it on max volume.

I need help.

I bought my bluetooth earphone 1 month ago & its been pretty much working fine until a few weeks ago... The sound only travels when i pull my wire and stretch it to the other side. After another few weeks, my bluetooth earphones completely is in low volume, im so frustrated right now. I tried everything in the settings and i tried to watch youtube; it still gives me everything in low volume. I still don’t know if it’s my earphone or the general phone. Please help me.
