Can’t install stock apps on my new iPhone

Bought a new iPhone 8 signed in to an existing Apple ID but the stock apps don’t work, whenever I try installing those apps it says “Unable to reinstall ‘App Name’ please try again later”. I’ve tried multiple times to reinstall but the same error message keeps popping up. If it was an app I downloaded from the App Store I would just delete it and reinstall it from there, however the apps that aren’t reinstalling are the Notes, FaceTime and Reminders apps which come pre-installed and can’t be downloaded from the App Store. I’ve also thought it was a storage issue but I have plenty of storage for these apps now so I don’t know what the problem is. I really need these apps! Could someone help me with this? Found a similar post here but no help what so ever wtf

Hello saziso208,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you are having issues getting the preinstalled apps on your iPhone after getting a new phone. I would start by taking a look at the following support article on deleting built-in Apps on an iPhone. It also provides information on reinstalling those apps, most of the ones you mention or I see in your screen shots are ones that can be deleted and restarting.

Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12 or later device or Apple Watch - Apple Support

If that doesn't work, you will need to reinstall iOS on the iPhone. Take a look at the following article:

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

While the article addresses not being able to update or restore the iPhone, it provides the instructions to reinstall iOS without erasing any day. Just be sure to select "Update" in step 4.

Best regards.
