MacBook Pro stuck in lost mode

So, I have been searching and searching for way tooooo long now for a solution and all Im getting is more and more frustrated. My MacBook Pro was put in lost mode, I found it. On my iCloud account I said it was found but I guess that doesn't mean anything because my MacBook is now stuck in a loop saying Ive entered the wrong pin, try again in 60 minutes, after an hour it never gives me an option to put the said pin to unlock it & its been doing so for about a week now. This is my SECOND MACBOOK with this problem. This one being just about 6 months since I bought it. From the store. No previous owners, Only my iCloud has been on it as well as my account. Apple hasn't helped me and I am LIVID. For the amount of money spent on these Id expect to be able to at least overcome technical obstacles. (Yes, I am not going to take fault here I have done everything right) CAN I GET HELP?!?!??!

Hello xoaelxarosexo,

Thanks for the post in Apple Support Communities. I understand you've been trying to remove a MacBook from Lost Mode, and I'm glad to see how I can help.

To clarify, are you using the exact steps in the "How do I unlock my Mac?" section of this link? If not, give those a try: If your Mac is lost or stolen. If you've tried those steps and you're still not able to access your Mac, you'll need to either bring your Mac to an Apple Authorized Service Provider with proof of purchase, or get back in contact with Apple.

To find a service provider, try this link: Find Locations

You can use this one to Contact Apple Support if needed.

I hope this helps you.

Take care.
