iTunes window in the top right has an orange circle with an exclamation mark in it. When I click on it is says We couldn't make your purchases available.Been on the phone for 8 hours over 2 calls to Apple. All home sharing settings are correct

iTunes music and movies do not appear in library. Home sharing on network is setup. 2 other Mac computers in the house have no issues. Only have an issue on a New iMac. It does not seem to be the computer seeing as I have a Windows pc I installed iTunes and the will not show the library of music or movies.

Presumably there is something up with your account that they will get to the bottom of and fix. What a drag.


Just a thought, and probably one support have already covered, but see View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support. Do you have 5 associated computers that don't include the ones you're trying to work with now? Downloading past purchases will want to create an association if not already there.

There is No antivirus software. I installed iTunes on a windows 10 pc and logged in. The same thing happens, 125 albums and 65 movies do not appear. Same orange circle in top rite corner saying we could not make your purchases available.

After several calls to Apple Support, they screen shared and took video of issue happening. It’s day 14 with No resolution. I’m sure there’s millions of people calling with support issues but this is getting a little aggravating. I suggested I create a New iTunes username and they let me redownload my purchases. Apple Support said they can not do that.

Take note that 2 other Apple computers, 2 iPhones and 2 Apple TV’s that have been logged in to iTunes for some time with the same user I’d and settings, all work the way they are supposed to.
