Will AirPods work with Fitbit Versa?
I’m having trouble pairing my AirPods with my Fitbit Versa. Any ideas?

They may be auto connecting with your iPhone before you are able to use them with the Fitbit. Turn off Bluetooth temporarily on your iPhone, put the AirPods in pairing mode and try again.
