Activating iMessage

I just wanted to activate iMessage and FaceTime but it fails and it only use my apple id to send and receive in iMessage and FaceTime i cant find my local number that am using in my IPhone

Fix iMessage activation error

When the iMessages account will not Login

If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
