Disable WiFi calling notification

I periodically get notifications on ALL my devices asking me to enable WiFi calling.

By "All" I mean:

My Personal iPad

My Personal MacBook

My Company Mac (i.e. the company owns it, not me)

I cancel this notification every time I see it, but every once in a while, seemingly at random, the notification comes back.

It's really annoying for all my devices to regularly prompt for a function which I don't want, and in once case would be complete inappropriate (my company has a very strict no personal cell phone use at our desk policy).

I have no idea what caused these to start, but now they won't stop...

How do I disable these notifications???

I came across an old topic elsewhere that suggested the cause might be multiple cell phones, but I've never had multiple phones, ever...

Based off your post, does this mean the option is all or nothing?

Good question! The answer is "no".

You regulate the specific devices from your iPhone at Settings > Phone > Allow Calls on Other Devices. There you specify exactly which devices may participate in calling.

Admittedly this affects calling, not specifically Wi-Fi calling, but hopefully it satisfies your needs.

It sounds like you omitted a significant Apple device from your "all" list above: You must have an iPhone.

And presumably on that iPhone, you have set:

Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling > Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone = "On", and

Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling > Add Wi-Fi Calling for Other Devices = "On"

I didn’t include the phone because I don’t get prompted for it.

If I chose to enable wifi calling on my laptop (something I may do in the future), but I disabled the option to stop the prompts for the other devices, wouldn’t this also disable it on the one device where I want it?

So it’s:

Enable everywhere

Disable everywhere

Enable on one device and get used to the constant prompts on all other devices

Unfortuantly that wouldn't seem to hold completely true on my devices.

I just checked and my work Mac mini is already unchecked, but the notification there is what prompted me to post this in the first place (meaning this setting in at least one case isn't making a difference).

I've unchecked my other devices to see if that stops the prompts there.
