Section: Rearrange or sort bookmarks

1. “To sort bookmarks in a bookmarks folder, 
2.   Control-click the folder in the sidebar, then choose Sort By > Name or Sort By > Address. Address is the website URL.”

Note: You will have to sort each folder one by one.

         At present there is no way to sort all bookmarks at once.
