Screen ghosting will not show up in screen shot.
You would need to actually take a picture of the physical iPad for us to see the image ghosting.
Screen ghosting is not an iOS issue.
It is a hardware screen issue.
This just happened, coincidentally, with your iOS upgrade/update.
The iOS upgrade/update was NOT the cause.
I have some first hand experience with this years ago on my 2010 iPad and my later 2nd gen iPad 2.
Temporary screen “burn-in”, ghosting can still happen with LCD screens.
The active RGB phosphors in the screen become too active and remain partialiy active/turned on for a much longer length of time.
To mitigate this requires that you completely turn off the iPad and stop using the iPad (do not charge it, so make sure the iPad is charged up before doing this ), at all, for, at least, 2 whole days ( 3 to 4 full days would be better to ensure the screen ghosting disappears for some time ).
Not using the iPad and having the screen running and active, at all, and having no extra power applied to the iPad will “calm” the screen phosphors down and return the screen to normal operation.
The ONLY way to mitigate this is to NOT use the iPad, AT ALL, for a period of days to allow the screen phosphors to normalize and stop causing the ghost imaging.
If the issue does not go away after two whole days of non-use, you will have to repeat this procedure of non-use for the longer 3-4 day time.
So, I recommend just completely shutting down the iPad and stop using the iPad right off the hop for my recommenended 3-4 days to ensure success.
Best of Luck to You!
