can't install windows 10 on Mojave

with bootcamp, after downloading windows support software and partition, Mac restart and don't install windows. back again to Mac. how can I fix this issue?

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

I solved problem. problem was related to usb3. it worked with usb2

so everyone should know that for install windows with bootcamp must use USB 2.0 Memory Stick Flash Drive.

after press install Mac restart & back again to Mac. in high Sierra after this, Mac reset & installed properly. why in Mojave have problem?
