Mail not showing the name for the alias account

I have a problem which has been appearing on this forum for years. I have set up alias email accounts each with their own individual name but when the email is sent from the alias account it includes the alias email address but it igmores the alias name and includes the name on my main account!

Has anyone EVER found a real solution to this?

Using iPad Pro and iPhone 6+ with iOS12.1.4
