2 Apple ids

I got a new phone a couple years ago and when I did I started an Apple ID that i can’t remember the password for. I was new to iPhones and didn’t realize the importance of your Apple ID and password. So several months go pass and I need to login to my Apple ID for some thing and I can’t remember the password so I just start a new Apple ID. Not knowing that I no longer have access to what’s on my old Apple ID. Long story short I did an account recovery bc I was logged in to iTunes under the one account name and my Apple ID was the other account name. So when we did an account recovery I was able to use one name and password but not the other with all my pics on it. Is there a way to recover my other Apple ID info through iTunes or anything like that without knowing the password?
